Anh assisted me when I purchased my Investment property eight years ago, at that time she was working with a different company. Unfortunately I lost contact with her over the years.
When my daughter started looking for a property back in April, I searched for Anh online and was thrilled to find that she was still practising as a lawyer. I had no hesitation in introducing Anh to my daughter because of the excellent service and positive experience I had with Anh at that time. Today was settlement day, and everything went smoothly.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Anh and her team were prompt, professional and approachable, and they explained every step of the steps clearly. We always felt well informed and supported, with no pressure at any stage during our interactions with Anh. It was wonderful to reconnect with Anh after so many years, and I am extremely grateful that she once again helped our family through such an important property purchase journey. I would highly recommend Anh and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring lawyer. Once again Thank you & your team for making such an important milestone such a positive and stress-free experience for my daughter!!!

A huge thank you to Jenny for her incredible support throughout our entire visa journey! 🎉
Receiving our Subclass 482 visa grant today was such an exciting and emotional moment for our family, and we are truly grateful to have had Jenny by our side every step of the way from our initial Student Visa application right through to our 482 visa grant.

Jenny has been with us throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed, answering our questions, and clearly explaining each stage, our visa conditions, and the next steps. Her professionalism, care, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much more manageable.

Thank you, Jenny, for your continued support and for helping us reach this very important milestone. We genuinely appreciate everything you have done for our family over the years.
We highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a supportive, professional, and dedicated migration professional.
Thank you, Jenny, for being part of our journey from the very beginning until now! 🙏🏽

There is nothing but great things to say about Migration Affairs!! When starting with them over 6 months ago, we were told of the complexity of our situation and how much needed to be done with the process. Also giving us easy to follow checklist all the time. We would recommend them 100%!

Absolutely loved working with Migration Affairs especially Thivya and Taraneh. The service has been incredible from the initial assessment regarding my situation all the way till my visa was granted. They were extremely knowledgeable in regards to all of the requirements and took the time and effort to elaborate on queries that I had. Initially I was worried that communication might be difficult as I was based outside of NSW, however they always replied to my queries quickly and even made the effort to text or call me to provide me with important updates.

Migration Affairs was attentive and prompt from our first information request. They demonstrated a clear understanding of the migration process from the US to AU. They welcomed my input, allowing me to participate, all while directing me through the visa process. It was clear, Migration Affairs had developed a system within a system based on their extensive experience and positive client outcomes. I can only offer my highest recommendation of Migration Affairs, and will be grateful for their service.

I can not recommend Migration Affairs highly enough! Taraneh and her team worked tirelessly to keep my partner from being deported to New Zealand. They worked from the office, they worked from home, they worked on the weekends and through their holidays! It was obviously worth more than the money to Tara and her team to win my partners appeal. Thank you Migration Affairs I will be forever grateful! You have achieved the impossible!

“Tara recently represented my brother who has been on Christmas Island awaiting deportation due to the cancellation of his visa. "....: Tears of joy and pure elation that my brother now has a second chance at life in the country that has always been his home. Without the tireless efforts from Tara and the team and Migration Affairs, I have no doubt the outcome may have been very different. Thank you to Migration Affairs for going above and beyond and bringing my family together again. ”

There are no words that describe the service and support , and the belief that Migration Affairs bring to the table for there clients. This organisation are second to none. From my own experience I'm happy to say I'm honoured to have had them represent me they never gave up on me for a moment when there were moments that I had given up myself. Thank u migration Affairs and a special thank u Tara.

Migration Affairs is a trustable and number one migration firm. Taraneh and Thivya are knowledgeable, hardworking, and timely to get a visa application successfully granted. A distinct advantage of this agency, compare to other agencies from my experience, is that Taraneh and Thivya are caring about clients and do their best in doing the job. .... However, Migration Affairs's personalized workflow and checklist to prepare a strong visa application finally led to getting the visa. All in all, Migration Affairs is recommended.

Finally got invited for 491 visa SA . Thivya and Taraneh helped me with the Visa application and they approach and directions helped me to get through in the process.

Honestly the best people to handle your visa needs. I have worked with Thivya and Taranah for over 4 years and after going to a load of visa “experts”, it was Thivya and Taranah that got my visa sorted and approved. 10/10

...Taraneh took the time to go through my CV and recommended that I pursued permanent residency via the Global Talent Independent(GTI) Visa route. ... Jenny handled my case exceptionally well and all my queries throughout the process were dealt with promptly. .... Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. They are always a pleasure to deal with and have exceeded our expectations with an amazing result. We continue to use their services for our remaining visa needs. I would recommend them without hesitation to anybody looking for fast and effective services.

My husband and I got our pr yesterday. Taraneh and Jenny made our dreams come true within only 2 months. They are professional, dedicated and always respond quickly. As we need our visa grant this year, they even worked at night, on weekends and holiday to achieve this. They never guaranteed something, but they always do things beyond our expectation. MA is the best agent I've ever met!

Very good service!

I personally had a good experience with Migration Affairs. I would like to mention Taraneh and Thivya as they have helped me throughout the process. The best part of being a client of Migration affairs was that connecting with the consultants was very easy and convenient.

I gave Taraneh (founder of Migration Affairs) an impossible task. In spite of all odds stacked against us and many hurdles that other immigration lawyers would have found too difficult or time consuming, Taraneh and Jenny didn’t give up and managed to get the desired outcome of securing a global talent visa permanent residency AND didn’t charge me for the extra work they did. They have relentless devotion, passion and drive. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone pursuing a visa to Australia.

She is highly professional and cooperative as well as responding promptly to any queries nicely and formally. Thanks for your great efforts.

Thivya is very attentive and gives you all time you need to talk about visa matters. It made the process much easier for me and my partner. I would definitely recommend their services should you want a much smoother visa process.

After going through a few consultation sessions with different agencies, I found Migration Affairs the best one to trust. Taraneh is very knowledgeable about different migration pathways and my session with her was very insightful. One thing that I loved about them was that after the consultation they send you every single detail of the meeting together with the advice which is super helpful. During the process of my assessment with VETASSESS, they were very professional, responsive and quick and they got me a positive result! I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a reliable, professional and friendly migration team.
